Founded in 1985, On Stage Visuals has been creating unforgettable experiences for nearly 40 years. Founder Matt Ellsworth built his first lighting system at age 14, and that passion has grown into a thriving company serving Mid-Michigan and beyond. With thousands of events, permanent installs, countless rentals, and millions in pro gear sales under our belt, our reputation for creativity, reliability, and customer care is unmatched. Our team of dedicated audio, lighting, video, and staging pros brings energy and expertise to every project, whether it’s a small event or a major production. We proudly support bands, DJs, houses of worship, schools, theaters, arenas, corporations, broadcasters, political groups, and municipalities. We offer full-service event production—from stages, roofs, lighting, and sound systems to video walls, flat-panel displays, special effects, and karaoke systems—plus competitive sales, rentals, and installations. What sets us apart?
- Hands-on expertise: We don’t just sell gear—we use it daily, so our advice is practical and proven.

- Emergency support: We’re proud to be Mid-Michigan’s only company with after-hours assistance—we come to you to fix problems fast.
