One week ago we launched TEN, our digital experience platform. Since then, our product and dev team has shipped updates at a steady pace.

A sample of what went into production over the past week:

- Presenters can rehearse privately in the room before going live
- Creating an event takes fewer fields
- The calendar opens on today’s date and switches to a list view on mobile
- Registration forms now support State and Long text field types
- Errors are reported across the platform, including sign-in, the live room, recording, email, certificates and transcripts, so our team sees problems before users report them

Thank you to Kevin, Miguel, and the whole team for the pace and the care behind it.

Introducing TEN, a Digital Experience Platform for creating, producing, engaging, marketing and measuring digital experiences.

At launch, TEN is built for enterprise events, webinars and continuing education.

Everything you need to run a virtual event, all in one place.

Registration, live production, engagement, accessibility, CE credentialing and on-demand all run in one system, from a small meeting session to a broadcast up to 50,000 concurrent attendees.

TEN is the foundation for where TEN Holdings, Inc. is going.

Halfway through a webinar, the host asks "any questions so far?" and gets silence. The chat is empty. Nobody's saying anything.

It's one of the most common moments in virtual events, and it's fixable.

We pulled together 12 engagement ideas from the webinars, town halls, and virtual conferences our customers run on Ten Events, plus lessons from our own team. A few examples:

→ Tie a poll to something attendees actually want (one customer sees 85-95% completion when it's linked to earning CPE credit)
→ Let attendees upvote the questions they most want answered instead of reading them in order
→ Turn on reactions before you need them. One click, no typing, no camera, and it teaches the audience the button exists

What's worked for you when a chat goes quiet?

Running the webinar is the easy part.

The real work starts 6 weeks before it goes live and in the 48 hours after it ends.

Part 2 of our webinar series walks through that whole arc: setting the goal before you pick a topic, getting your registration page and promotion cadence right, and the two metrics that tell you whether a webinar built pipeline or only filled a room.

What's the harder part for your team, filling the room or following up fast enough after?

Learn how to host a webinar that turns attendance into real pipeline, from planning and promotion through the follow-up that gets sales involved.

"What Is a Webinar?"

We know...it's a fundamental question. But if you're new to webinars, evaluating them as a channel, or just want a clear, jargon-free explainer to share internally, this one's for you.

Read it here:

A webinar is a live or recorded online presentation to a remote audience. Here's how they work and where they fit next to webcasts and virtual events.

If you're the one-person team running your organization's CE webinars, you know the real work starts after the session ends.

Cross-checking attendance against a spreadsheet.
Verifying who actually stayed engaged.
Manually generating and emailing certificates one by one.
Pulling records together in case of an audit.

Ten Events automates that admin load:

→ customizable CE criteria (minimum view time, quiz completion)
→ real-time attendance tracking to verify participation
→ attendee checkpoints that confirm your audience is actually watching
→ instant certificate generation and delivery to qualifying attendees
→ detailed compliance reporting, ready for record-keeping

You shouldn't need a whole team to run a compliant CE program.

If you can't show pipeline from your webinar program, you will lose budget.

Maybe not this quarter. Maybe not next.

But eventually someone will look at the line item, look at the numbers you're able to produce, and do the math.

The teams that keep their webinar budgets, and grow them, aren't the ones running the most events.

They're the ones who built or have the reporting infrastructure to prove what those events generate.

That infrastructure starts with the platform.

What demand gen teams get wrong about proving webinar ROI: they measure the event instead of the outcome.

Attendance rate ≠ impact
Average watch time ≠ engagement
Number of questions asked ≠ intent

The metrics that matter to leadership:
→ Pipeline influenced
→ Deals accelerated
→ Contacts moved to MQL
→ Revenue attributed

If your webinar report doesn't include at least one of those, you're reporting on ex*****on instead of results.

The webinar channel may be undervalued because it's under-measured.

Not under-utilized. Most demand gen teams are running plenty of webinars. Under-measured.

When you can't cleanly show what a channel generates, it gets treated as a cost center with soft benefits.

"Brand building." "Thought leadership." "Engagement." All real things.
However, not enough to defend a budget line when the CFO wants to cut.

The teams that keep their webinar budgets intact aren't necessarily running better events. They're the ones who's platforms are capable of measuring and can show, specifically, what those events produced.

Webinars aren't dying. Bad webinar reporting is.

Every few months someone publishes a piece about webinar fatigue. Attendance is down. Buyers are tuning out. The channel is oversaturated.

What's really happening: the bar for a good webinar went up, and the tools most teams are using didn't keep pace.

The events that convert still convert. The difference between those events and the ones that don't convert is the follow-through. And follow-through requires knowing who to follow up with, and why, and when.

That's a data problem. Not a format problem.
