You can’t control the storm, but you can prepare for it. ❄️

When Inter-Island Propane saw a winter storm coming, they didn’t wait. Two weeks before the storm, the team adjusted its settings in Cargas Energy so customers would be scheduled for delivery earlier than usual.

Instead of waiting until tanks reached the usual 35% level to pull them for delivery, they began pulling them at 45% full, helping move deliveries ahead of the storm.

The takeaway: This is the most prepared the Inter-Island team has felt going into heating season.
