Putting people first is not separate from good business. It is part of good business.

As leaders, we spend a lot of time thinking about the things that keep a business moving, such as technology, strategy, finances, operations, and growth.

But behind every one of those things are people. And your people are one of your greatest assets.

In the latest episode of Servant Leader’s Library, Dave Spangler shares a perspective: protecting people is not just about responding when something goes wrong. It is about being intentional before it does.

That mindset applies to identity protection and cybersecurity, but it also applies to leadership.

Dave’s own leadership story has been shaped by marriage, parenthood, faith, entrepreneurship, and nearly two decades of helping protect others.

Microsoft has deployed a fix and is reporting continued recovery across affected Microsoft 365 services.

Some users may still experience intermittent issues as the update continues to reach impacted environments.

The ONE 2 ONE team is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to share updates as Microsoft works toward full-service restoration.

Microsoft is currently investigating a widespread Microsoft 365 outage affecting several services, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, and portions of the Microsoft 365 admin portals.

At this time, Microsoft has not identified a workaround.

If you’re experiencing issues with email, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 services, they may be related to this broader outage.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
