I take great pride in making sure my customers are truly taken care of. This customer was basically being held hostage by Xfinity. They didn’t want him to leave but he desperately wanted to. They had told him so many lies that he was afraid to do anything with his phone. He wanted to move it from Xfinity to Total wireless and after almost 5 hours, 2 bags of lafyTafty (between 3 of us) a transfer to a supervisor another transfer to a supvisor in another department I was finally able to accomplish not only get his number working again but a smooth and easy port to Total Wireless. I will always put my customers first and don’t mind putting in a little elbow grease if needed.
