Some friendships have a way of coming full circle.

Chris and I go way back. From grade school soccer fields, to high school lacrosse games, to collaborating on the branding for , it’s been incredible watching his journey as both a friend and entrepreneur.

Today, I had the chance to stop by HQ, get a behind-the-scenes tour, and even dig through a few high school relics along the way. It’s always inspiring to see what he’s building and the passion he brings to the sport.

One of my favorite parts of running Ampersand is getting to help good people tell their story and build brands that grow alongside them.

From daily trail reports, blogs, trail maps, community outreach, and events the new RVA MORE website had a lot of "must-haves" and we are thrilled to bring it all together for their new site!

If you don't know, mountain biking has been a big part of my life, so, when rvaMORE posed the question about updating their website, this was just a dream come true. Not only was it a blast to work on, but the seeing the dedication of all of the people involved in the organization is amazing. They truly have the best intentions for RVA, and developing/keeping our trails RAD.

The vision for the redesign of II Sticks Glove Works came from some of the well-known monograms of the MLB. We wanted to give a nod to the sport he loves and build on the focus of America's Pasttime ⚾️. Here's to seeing him continue to pursue this awesome business! 🙌
