Today we helped a friend at NCS work on a Phillips Forte that finally came off contact. For years while under OEM Service Contract the hospital was told " that's normal just re-boot the system". The detector would lose image spots on Detector 2 when it was crystal side up. Upon opening up the detector we found the pressure plates screws were left loose by previous OEM service. Re-coupled a few PMTs and re-assembled with tightening the screws and boom it's working great.
