In compliance with the FCC, CCSi has implemented STIR/SHAKEN for all CCSi VoIP customers to help put an end to robocalls. The FCC mandate states that voice providers are to implement a protocol called STIR/SHAKEN by June 30th, 2021 as a means of mitigating the volume of robocalls. This will make it harder for caller ID spoofed robocalls to get through, so that you can better trust that callers are who they say they are. Contact us to learn more.
