Some Trade Paperbacks and back issues of some comics arrived today, so we reworked one of our walls to fit them in.

We also tried to pull all the super hero themed board games to this area as well.

Got some awesome reprints of a bunch of Absolute issues! Also some other back issues that we were missing. Still working out some kinks, but these are all the new items we have available tomorrow!

Comic shelf is stacked for tomorrow! We finally got all the paperwork done for IDW and Marvel, we got a few new titles and we ordered some back issues we missed. DC this week has a strong release, plus a bunch of reprints!

If you plan to line up tomorrow please line up towards the Papa John's. We will have stanchions set out like below starting at 9am.

Please do not block the Papa John's door and wrap around the building best you can.

Further more if you plan to come and wait in line before 11am, please park in the Target parking lot and walk over.

Many of the businesses have expressed concerns with parking and accessibility to their businesses on release days.

Edit* tomorrow is the Magic the Gathering set Edge of Eternities Pre-release. We do not anticipate a line, however we want to accommodate our neighbors. This will be the plan moving forward with any and all releases/pre-releases.

Hello fellow Geeks, friends and community members.

We have an announcement to make;
Stupid Geeks, Inc. and Joshua Jacobson, will be parting ways with the convention known as GeekFest, GFW or GeekFest West presented by Courtyard Media Foundation.
This is due to creative differences.

We at Stupid Geeks, Inc. and of course Josh, wish the best to GeekFest West going forward and hope everyone still continues to support the convention in the years to come.
