I just wanted to give a huge “Thank you” to Dimitri and his entire team at The The Poolsmith Inc. in Farmingville. Many years ago, I purchased some really great pre-fabed rock corner waterfalls and diving board features. After many years of use the connectors finally broke. After weeks of searching for replacement parts and reaching out to many local pool companies, I was getting ready to give up on ever fixing the waterfalls. No pool company would even take a look at the waterfalls. Their response was simply. “We just open and close pools”. I was going to give up until I reached out to Dimitri from The Poolsmith Inc. Inc. On our very first phone call Dimitri told me “I love a challenge” and promised me that he would give it his best effort to fix them. His team of amazingly talented, prompt, and courteous people were amazing. I will never have to shop for another pool company again. Not only were my waterfalls fixed but he personally came to my house and reviewed the issue and made the necessary modifications. With so many pool companies in the industry it is refreshing to finally find one that has “old school” values and commitment to customers. I highly recommend The Poolsmith Inc. for any of your swimming pool needs.
