I'm a Portland based graphic designer specializing in brand identity and technical illustration, with a passion for photography and nature. I earned my BFA in graphic design and have since gained 20 years of experience working as both a graphic designer and illustrator. As we all try to keep our spirits up and navigate life during a pandemic, I know many small businesses have experienced significant loss in revenue due to COVID-19. In an effort to lift up small businesses, sole proprietorships and non-profits, I'm offering reduced rates throughout the remainder of 2020. As always, I offer flexible payment plans to better work within your budget, so drop me a line if you'd like an estimate. 💚 Additionally, in honor of Pride month, I'll be providing a bigger discount to LGBTQ-owned businesses until the end of August (because the end of June is way too soon). 🌈 In case you missed my previous post, I'll also be donating at least a few hours a week to BIPOC-owned businesses, or any small business or non-profit that's actively working to improve the lives of the BIPOC community. ❤️ Stay safe, stay connected, and message me if you need anything.

In these difficult times I wanted to reach out to the Black Community and offer my graphic design services by donation. Happy 2020 to all of my clients, coworkers, colleagues, and friends! As 2019 was coming to an end I spent some time thinking about the accomplishments and obstacles I've had over the last decade. Many were personal, like quitting smoking, helping a close friend leave an abusive partner, and deleting Morrissey from my playlists... but I also recognized just how happy I am with my career right now compared to ten years ago. I love what I do and the people I work with, and I also have the ability to diversify my creative design and technical illustration by doing a mix of regular 9-to-5 work and smaller/sporadic freelance projects, without overworking myself. I really couldn't do it without many of the people reading this, so THANK YOU! As cheesy as it sounds, I'm living the dream. ❤️🎨

Throwback to the logo I created for last year's Model the Way sustainable leadership awards for 🌱 The event's theme was tensegrity, so they were looking for something Buckminster Fuller inspired. I recreated the type to match some marketing materials they had already created to keep the look/feel of the 2018 event consistent. I had a lot of fun illustrating this design along with some other materials for the event (posters, awards, event program, etc.) and was happy to donate some of my time to a local non-profit which promotes sustainability. @ Lloyd District, Portland
