It’s a big one! This Eliminator is back for some more interior enhancements. We might even post pictures of what we do and have done in the past for this one.

Another classic! This Cutlass come to us for some audio upgrades. The client had some gear from a previous installation and needed a few more pieces to complete the system.
For this radio install we laser cut a piece of leather textured plastic, glued it to a piece of 1/8 acrylic for strength and painted it matte black to match the dash.
The next challenge was adding speakers to the dash. We used the factory top bracket, and cut an acrylic spacer for the top as well as the speakers. The prices and speakers were then bolted together with stainless steel hardware. Finally we fabricated a metal bottom bracket to hold the speaker assembly up in the dash.
We also added some JL Audio speakers in the kick panels and a JL Audio subwoofer in the trunk, along with two JL Audio amplifiers.
The result was a great-sounding audio system that will sound good even while cruising with the top down.

This was one of the more complicated enclosures we have had to build lately! The client wanted a 4th order band pass enclosure for the back of his RZR for a single Rockford Fosgate T1 12” subwoofer. It took a while to calculate an enclosure that would play a wide range of frequency, and also maximize output, while fitting in the small available space.
Once the planning was done we started construction. The enclosure was fabricated with 3/4” Marine-Grade plywood. When the enclosure was assembled we then added on additional cladding pieces to give it a more interesting shape, that complimented the design of the RZR. The final steps were filling and sanding, spraying with a high-build poly primer, sanding again, and then a thick coat of 2-part urethane bedliner spray.
We topped it off with an accent piece on the back with a vinyl decal we printed in-house and applied to an acrylic plate.
The enclosure turned out great, giving the client the bass he was looking for, while cosmetically enhancing the rear of his RZR.

This 1969 Camaro came to us for some speakers and a new radio. The radio spot needed an adapter plate because it had been previously cut up. We made a two-layer plate of acrylic and matching wood grain plastic to maximize the cosmetic integration. We love little challenges like this!!

We've added a new worker to our robot army! We have begun 3d printing. We are slowly adding its capabilities our workflow and learning to plan for the printing time. 3d printing has already provided us with some solutions that would not be possible with our existing technologies.
Learning to design in the 3d realm has been very time consuming, but rewarding.
And, don't worry, we won't let the robots take over completely, we still do plenty of things by hand!

This was a fun one! The client wanted a box nicer than most. After talking with him and coming up with a plan we got to work. The enclosure holds 2 JL Audio 10TW3’s each with its own airspace. the enclosure has 5 different lighted acrylic accent panels. We had already replaced his radio with a Stinger Horizon 10 radio, so we were able to use one of the accessory outputs of the radio to switch the enclosure lighting on and off. Touch screen control of enclosure lighting is pretty cool. The enclosure was upholstered in a black vinyl, with the top insert being black carpet. Extra work is required when we upholster an enclosure in vinyl, because the surface has to be perfectly smooth, so that no imperfections show through under the vinyl. Note that the top center of the enclosure rolls toward the back, so the recessed space that corresponds with the center seating is trimmed nicely.
We are very thankful for clients that want nice stuff like this. We work hard to make sure we have the tools and abilities to provide the best for our community.
