Most of our product comes with a free 90-Day Warranty. We test consoles before we buy, so if we missed something and your purchase is not working correctly, bring it
back within 90 days and we will attempt to replace the item at no cost; if we are unable to find a replacement we will return the defective product for in-store credit. Smartphones, smartwatches, and other tech have a 30-Day Warranty. We offer a 24-hour Game Exchange! Bring ONE used game on your receipt back to us within 24-hours and we'll give you the full value store credit towards another game! PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT OR TAKE A PICTURE. WE CANNOT HONOR THE WARRANTY WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE. WE CANNOT SEARCH FOR THE RECEIPT WITHOUT KNOWING THE DATE OR AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE. TRADE INS/SELLING TO US:
Customers wishing to "trade in," or sell us product are required to provide a valid PHOTO ID with a DLN or other identifying number. We accept LA Wallet; pictures of the ID will NOT be accepted. Sellers with large trade ins that are in containers will be asked to remove the contents before proceeding due to COVID-19 and other safety concerns. There is currently no limit on the amount of items in a trade in, but please be aware it can be a lengthy process and some items take longer than others to trade. ALL TRADES ARE FINAL and product is placed on a mandatory 30-day hold, per state pawn shop laws. COVID-19 INFORMATION:
Per Governor John Bel Edwards mandate, ALL associates and customers inside the store will be required to wear a mask, worn properly above the nose and below the chin at all times. We can provide you with one disposable mask. Customers unable to wear a mask will be offered curbside service and an associate will assist you in your vehicle or at the door, however we cannot allow customers to remain in-store without a mask. Please be patient with us while we work together to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are working hard to protect you while you shop with handwashing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces every half-hour. Capacity restrictions are in place and social distancing is encouraged. Service animals are welcome. No other animals are allowed inside the store, including small animals in purses or bags. Please leave your pets at home and not in your car. IN-STORE BEHAVIOR:

We may sell mature content in games or movies, but inappropriate behavior from associates or customers will not be tolerated. Anyone swearing, lewd acts, harassment, loitering, horseplay, or otherwise disruptive behavior will be asked to refrain from doing so or asked to leave if necessary. LARGE BAGS/BACKPACKS/SKATES:
We ask that you leave your large bags and backpacks in your vehicle while you shop or that you place them by our counters. Skates, skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc. are not allowed on the sales floor. Please leave them outside or by our front door. PARKING:
The parking lot is small, shared with two other units, and is first come first serve. No additional parking is available. Spots cannot and will not be held in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do about the parking availability. RESTROOMS:
We do not offer public restrooms.
