Our new customer bought their current home about a year ago. We were called to the house for a no-heat call. Complete failure of parts due to over-heating and lack of proper airflow. Tech support gave a more broad-stroke cause. "Lack of routine maintenance." Sadly, it was on the previous owner to do it. We'll take care of things from here on!
This is just one of the parts that failed and had its pieces sucked into the system to wreak havoc.

Air Conditioning users, be advised! Your AC system is going to get expensive to repair. 2025 brings in another change in refrigerants, but this time a different class. A2L refrigerants are slighly flammable. No need to be alarmed, but hiring a certified handler might be a wee bit more important than it once was. (Why, of course we at DHM are certified) Your system CAN still be serviced and repaired, but when it comes time to replace it, you'll need to meet 2025 standards.
