(Repeated attempts to relocate our favorite New Orleans restaurants to New York have, unfortunately, failed.) However, it takes a special kind of enthusiasm for red beans and rice to go to the lengths required to re-create one Homer Simpson’s food tour of New Orleans, in which the Simpsons character eats, uh, a cookbook’s worth of dishes. Two Swiss tourists did exactly that, down to the facial expressions and poses, in what can only be described as an extremely charming video. New Orleans agrees.
