Friends from Pennsylvania came for a visit and we were able to spend some time enjoying Laguna Beach for the day! It’s easy to forget how much fun it can be to act like a tourist in your back yard.

Proud to partner with The J F Shea Therapeutic Riding Center on the design and development of their 2025 Annual Report, a piece that does far more than share numbers.

For nonprofits, an annual report is a powerful storytelling tool that communicates mission impact, builds donor trust, recognizes community support, and highlights the real lives being transformed through the organization’s work.

This year’s report showcased The Shea Center’s growth and impact through client success stories, program highlights, volunteer and donor recognition, financial stewardship, and meaningful community outcomes made possible through equine-assisted services.

Creative Vortex was honored to bring this vision to life through an integrated approach combining strategic color direction, graphic design, layout development, visual storytelling, and project management. Every detail was intentionally crafted to create a cohesive, engaging, and mission-driven piece that reflects the warmth, professionalism, and heart of The Shea Center brand.
