That's a wrap on Odoo Experience 2026. 👏

Three days, amazing conversations at Booth L3, one session in Auditorium 500, and a great deal to take home.

What we are leaving Brussels with, Lot of insights on where Odoo is heading and Increasing interest from customers and prospects on topics related to AI.

Thank you to .official for an exceptionally well-run event, to everyone who stopped by the booth, and to the people who turned a demo into a proper conversation.

On stage at Odoo Experience 2026. 🎤

just presented 'Boosting Quality Control with Odoo: Migrating from Asana to Odoo for integrated quality management workflow' to a room in Auditorium 500.

The case at the center of it: a space-tech manufacturer running quality across Asana and a set of disconnected tools, with no traceable link between a customer issue and the production run behind it.

What replaced it - Helpdesk, Quality and Manufacturing joined into one workflow, with alerts triggered automatically, structured root-cause analysis, production locked when quality issues surface, and signed COC documents generated inside Odoo.

The outcome the client reported: roughly 70% less manual effort and around 60% faster issue resolution.

Day 2 at Odo

At our Booth L3, the demo drawing the most questions is Agentic AI Setup with Odoo, its architectural foundations, and 3D warehouse visualization and operations in Odoo. We attended some interesting talks today from the Odoo team to learn about new features coming with Odoo 20.

One topic was particularly interesting: 'From discovery to go-live: A practical implementation framework for Odoo Partners' by Valentin Gailly (https://www.odoo.com/event/odoo-experience-2026-9099/track/from-discovery-to-go-live-a-practical-implementation-framework-for-odoo-partners-10586).

Tomorrow morning, we'll take the stage in Auditorium 500 at 10:30 - 'Boosting Quality Control with Odoo'. If quality, manufacturing, or ERP consolidation is on your list, that's thirty minutes well spent.

Day 1 at Odoo Experience 2026. 📍 Brussels Expo

Hall 7 was busy from the moment the doors opened, and it stayed that way all day. We spent it at Booth L3 running four demos: 3D Warehouse Management, Advanced Quality Control, Odoo Websites, and our Custom AI Agents for Odoo.

Everyone was super excited for the keynote announcement for the Odoo 20 version reveal and really interesting demo that .pinckaers showed at MCP Support is really interesting (https://www.youtube.com/live/jM6w0YIYvWs?si=-Haeyw_8bahWkDlP&t=8810)

Also, almost every conversation so far has come back to AI adoption with Odoo. We were ready to show the visitors the possibility of this to be explored with Odoo with live demos on the booth.
