Danceable.ai Danceable is the Dance‑First Business OS for social dance—connecting instructors, studios, organizers, and dancers. Less chaos. More time on the floor.

One home to run classes, events, bookings, and payments with less chaos and more time on the floor. Danceable is the Dance‑First Business OS for the social dance community. Social dance has been running on tools built for gyms, generic ticketing, and DIY spreadsheets. The result: scattered links, messy chats, inconsistent payments, and hours of admin that steal energy from the floor. Danceable is built from inside the scene to change that. We give the ecosystem one shared backbone:

* Independent instructors get one place to list classes and privates, take payments, track students, and see what’s working—so they can move from “hustling in DMs” to running a sustainable dance business.

* Studios get cleaner room and schedule management, better coordination with independent instructors, and smoother payouts.

* Event organizers get dance‑specific ticketing, passes, and attendee management.

* Dancers get a calm, centralized way to discover classes and socials, book and pay, and track their dance life.

Teaching dance is about people. But it also means running a business.

I’ve taught Argentine tango for more than 30 years. The part I love most is connecting with people, helping them reach their goals, and building friendship and community through dance.

Behind that work are studios, classes, appointments, payments, and often many different tools. I knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why I created Danceable: to help dance teachers, studios, and event organizers run their businesses smoothly and spend more time dancing and teaching.

The question we get most often is whether you have to move everything into Danceable at once.

You don’t. Most people start with one series, one night, or one event, and expand when they see it working.

There’s no version of this where you rebuild your whole teaching life over a weekend. That isn’t a soft-launch strategy—it’s just how it should work.

I’ve been teaching Argentine Tango for more than thirty years. Buenos Aires, San Francisco, and a lot of places in between.

For most of those years, the dancing was the easy part. The business behind it ran on duct tape—a notebook, a group chat, a cash box, and a memory good enough to hold it together most weeks.

I didn’t build Danceable because I saw a market. I built it because I got tired of being an accidental small-business owner with no tools.

The first step is small: a name, an email, and a few minutes to say what you teach. Start there and see whether it takes weight off your week.

Social dance didn’t get skipped by the software industry because the work isn’t serious.

It got skipped because it’s structurally awkward. Rotating partners. Guest teachers passing through for one weekend. An instructor who teaches Tuesday’s beginner class and headlines Saturday’s festival. None of that fits a membership tier or a recital season.

So nobody built the place. That’s the whole opportunity.

A tango instructor with twenty years of training, three certifications, and a teaching practice across four venues has, in most cases, no professional page anywhere on the internet.

An Instagram grid. Maybe a Linktree. A phone number passed around by students.

Every other skilled profession takes its credentials seriously enough to have somewhere to put them. Social dance mostly doesn’t—and not because the work isn’t serious. Because nobody built the place.

A Danceable profile holds what a dance career is actually made of: biography, teaching philosophy, years of experience, levels taught, languages, achievements, education and training, video, testimonials, and FAQs.

Here’s how to build one:

The most widely used business management tool in social dance is a group chat.
Second is a spreadsheet. Third is memory.
None of them were built for this. They were built for something else and bent into shape — which works right up until the week you're teaching at three venues.

Most instructors don't teach in one room.

Tuesday beginners at one studio. Thursday privates at another. Saturday at a festival two hours away.

Software built for a gym assumes one address and one schedule. A Danceable class carries its own location — which sounds like a small thing right up until you're the one keeping three calendars in your head.
