You already explained this to your AI. Twice.

Same tone. Same terms. Same concept it keeps getting wrong, document after document, because nothing you correct actually sticks.

wxrks remembers it instead. Context sensitivity is a feature that keeps the tone, the terms, and the concepts specific to your content, so the next document doesn't start from zero.

How many times have you explained the same thing to an AI this week?

Four projects approved over the weekend can quickly become dozens of localization jobs on Monday morning.

And before anyone starts translating, every job still needs the right linguist for its language pair.

With wxrks, you can select from eligible linguists and assign jobs in batches, or let Autopilot handle the assignment automatically as soon as each job is ready.

Less time spent managing assignments. More time for the projects that actually need your attention.

AI is making translation faster and more accessible than ever, but that doesn't mean human expertise is becoming less valuable.

Gabriel Fairman, CEO of wxrks, explains why the real value is shifting away from translation itself and toward governance, risk mitigation, brand safety, and cultural precision.

As AI automates production, language professionals have an opportunity to move higher in the value chain by delivering strategy instead of simply delivering words.

If you're working in localization, translation, or AI, this is a perspective you won't want to miss.

At LocWorld 55 in Dublin, Henrique Cabral, Partner and CTO at wxrks, presents a different perspective.

This talk explores how AI can be used not to replace people, but to empower them.

Through a collaboration between wxrks and Automation Anywhere, a group of highly capable single mothers in Japan, many excluded from the workforce due to systemic barriers and rigid corporate structures, were given the opportunity to re-enter the labor market through AI-assisted linguistic validation.

This is a story about localization, technology, and the people behind both.

What happens when localization technology is designed for everyone, from factory workers to C-level executives?

In this clip, Elitza from CCEP on LocWorld 55 in Dublin, explains how wxrks helped drive adoption across a global workforce of 41,000 employees.

By combining AI, flexible workflows, and user-focused experiences, teams that once resisted the TMS began actively using it.

The result? Greater scalability, smoother processes, and the ability to accelerate critical content like e-learning programs across markets.

"With the right partner, it's possible."

Sometimes the best partnerships start completely by accident.

At LocWorld Malmö 2023, Elitza from CCEP was exploring how Generative AI could transform localization workflows. After seeing countless demos and evaluating different providers, she had already formed a clear vision: AI needed to enhance existing translation technologies, not replace them.

Then came a chance conversation with the wxrks team.

What made the difference? Discovering that the vision she had for the future of localization wasn't just an idea, it was already a working product.

"It's a funny story because we met by accident... and then came the wow effect."

Thank you, Elitza, for sharing your journey and for being an incredible partner.

Don't Chase Tomorrow's Job. Build Next Year's Career

According to Sangeet Paul Choudhary, the biggest mistake isn't being affected by AI; it's focusing only on the next job instead of building toward your next career.

Those who have the bandwidth, self-awareness, and long-term perspective to adapt may find opportunities that others miss.

The challenge isn't just keeping up with change. It's knowing which direction to move in.

One of the biggest problems with AI translation is that “correct” doesn’t always mean “natural.”

A sentence can be technically accurate and still completely miss:

* the tone,
* the audience,
* the cultural nuance,
* or the brand voice.

That’s where Sous-chef comes in.

Instead of just translating text, it allows teams to shape how localization behaves:
formal or informal,
corporate or witty,
global or hyper-localized.

In this example, the same content is adapted specifically for teenagers in Buenos Aires, including regional Argentine Spanish expressions like “vos hacés” instead of “tú haces.”

Because modern localization is no longer just about language.

The change in our industry is real. We have to iterate fast and find new paths to stay relevant. Really happy that wxrks has been iterating frantically to figure out faster what’s actually wxrks

Everybody says AI is becoming incredibly powerful for translation.

And maybe that’s true.

But language is still deeply granular.

A translation can be technically correct and still feel completely wrong:

not on brand,
not natural enough,
too formal,
too simple,
or disconnected from the audience it’s supposed to reach.

That’s why the future of localization is probably not about removing humans from the process.

It’s about giving humans better cognitive tools.

AI can generate language.
But humans still give language meaning, direction, and accountability.

Maybe translators won’t spend the future translating sentence by sentence anymore.

Maybe they’ll spend it:

calibrating systems,
shaping tone,
auditing outputs,
and designing communication itself.

That’s not the end of human authorship.

It’s a shift in what authorship means.
