Thanks to Microsoft Ai, you can virtually see how underwater noise is endangering the Southern Resident Killer Whales in the Salish Sea. Scroll to the end and you can "Listen Live" via our website.

I volunteer for Orcasound and if there is one piece of critical information that I implore you to see/read, it would be this! Orcas are on the cusp of becoming extinct. If and when they do, it will set a global chain reaction that will impact ocean marine life and also us humans.

Orcasound is an open-source site studying, teaching, and helping the Southern Resident Killer Whales, which are on the endangered species list.

Here's the latest news; Part 5 of 5.
Orcasound has teamed up with other non-profits to help support funding to study the SRKW further and acquire more hydrophones, which provide live audio streams from 3 locations in the Salish Sea.
