In March, we’re celebrating 14 years of service for Tara and what an asset she is to BTC and our community. Tara represents what excellent customer service truly looks like. Ballard IPTV Customers - It’s that time of year again where we will see signal disruption due to Sun outages. Please be aware that during these times we will experience degraded and complete signal loss for our services as the Sun moves through our satellite reception arc. Each dish is affected differently throughout the day so the times listed below are an approximation of when we will see reception issues. Lastly, the below dates are based on peak signal loss and we may see intermittent signal issues leading up to these dates and for several days after.

As a technician in the field, Ryan works with our members face-to-face everyday solving problems, serving neighbors, and making sure issues are resolved the right way.
