PSA: Taylored PCs strives to provide the best service we can. If we don't get in contact with you over a repair right away its not personal. Parts take time to get here and repairs take time to do. Communication may lack from time to time but generally we call everyone right away. We just had an issue that involved a screen replacement that I personally replaced at no cost to the customer, which had an issue and only way to correct was to send the screen back for replacement. The device was dropped off and the next day the screen was setup to send back with a new one ordered.

Welcome to the start of the We Care season. The We Care Trim a Tree festival is coming up faster than we know. Taylored PC's will be continuing our tradition and decorating a tree. With that being said anyone and/or business that would be willing to donate let me know. I am going to start reaching out next week to those who have previously donated, but anyone can donate. PSA: Not giving estimates over the phone isn't unheard of. The variables that I go through to find parts and give prices isn't cut and dry. I'm sorry if this doesn't meet everyone's expectations but as a business owner I need to be able to properly assess what is broken and get information off the device in order to give you a price. What is told over the phone isn't always the just that issue. There isn't a "magical" number I can give.

PSA : After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or technical support for Windows 10. Your PC will still work, but we recommend moving to Windows 11.
