Recently, Kim Payne used her Centriworks Volunteer Day for Backpack & School Supply distribution through the Mission of Hope. She volunteered alongside 20 others from her church serving kids and teachers at an elementary school in Cosby. Kim’s son, Lucas gave an encouraging talk to the students for the new school year!

To encourage a spirit of service, every Centriworks team member receives a paid volunteer day each year to support a charitable organization of their choice. It’s one way we recognize that giving back matters.

Of course, many of our employees volunteer well beyond that one day. Whether they’re mentoring young people, serving on nonprofit boards, or lending a hand at local events, they’re making a difference throughout East Tennessee.
