A lot of businesses don’t realize how much small IT problems are actually costing them.

It’s not always some major outage.

Sometimes it’s slow computers.
Sometimes it’s Wi-Fi that keeps dropping.
Sometimes it’s printers that never work right.
Sometimes it’s former employees still having access.

Some of you may have noticed over this Easter weekend that Byte Tek Solutions has officially transitioned to Crestline Technologies.

This marks an exciting new chapter for our company. As we’ve grown, we wanted a name that better reflects the strength of the region we serve across East Tennessee and the vision we have for the future. Our growth has been tremendous, and this rebrand is a reflection of where we are today and where we are headed.

Around May, we will also be adding a new location to support our expanding operations farther east and better serve customers in that direction. We will continue maintaining our current location, and in the coming year, that location will move as well as we continue building for the future.

None of this would have been possible without our customers and our valued partners in the MSP space. Your trust, support, and belief in us have allowed us to grow and continue solving the daily technology challenges businesses face.
