ACCEPT THAT YOU CAN'T FIX HIS OR HER FEELINGS

Supporting a grieving friend is something that we all want to do. When someone we care about is dealing with a loss, all we want to do is take his or her pain away.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the power to simply wash away the grief. Feelings of grief are natural and mourning is a vital step in the healing process.

Nevertheless, helping a grieving friend walk the path of grief so that they feel less lonely on the journey is something that you can absolutely do.

ALLOW HIM OR HER TO EXPRESS GRIEF IN HIS OR HER OWN WAY

Supporting a grieving friend is something that we all want to do. When someone we care about is dealing with a loss, all we want to do is take his or her pain away.

Cecelia Dublin is the owner and incorporator of Just for U Custom Funeral Program, Inc., based in Raleigh, NC.

Inspired by the disappointing funeral program of her father and the encouragement from her family, Founder Cecelia Dublin, started a business.

“When my father passed away in 1992, his program was produced from a typewriter. It was not an attractive program that told a story about his life in a graphical format. Times have changed and graphic artists can help design a more vivid picture of a person’s life.”

In 2002, she registered Just For U Designer Programs with the state and received a business license.

It was not until November 2011 that actual operations began after facing her fears of being an entrepreneur.

A funeral home familiar with her design skills asked her to publish their programs. Later, another funeral home owner offered his program business.

In November 2016 she changed the name to Just For U Custom Funeral Programs and became incorporated.

The strategy of Just For U Custom Funeral Programs is to listen, consult with the funeral director, officiants, and family, then use our talents to meet our clients’ needs.

She believes in making celebrations of life memorable. With artistic skills, technological acumen, and compassionate funeral home experience clients are receiving great custom programs.

Cecelia joyfully proclaims, “Only God could have made this happen!”
