Long time DuVoice Avaya customer Villanova University switched to Zoom Phone campus wide including the The Inn at Villanova University hotel guest rooms. DuVoice worked closely with the Zoom engineers and their Zoom APIs to deliver the features unique to hospitality applications including integrating Zoom Phone to Infor their PMS system.
