Never Alone On Hold is going audio-only—and honestly, it gives us a cleaner, more focused identity.
We’ll continue providing professional scripts, voice talent, licensed music and fully produced audio, ready to upload to any compatible phone system or on-hold device.
We can deliver your program in MP3, WAV or whatever format your phone provider requires. We can also work directly with your IT person or telephone company, format files for your system and provide future updates whenever needed.
When hardware is required, we’ll gladly refer you to an appropriate supplier.
This lets us focus on what we do best: creating professional, effective on-hold audio—without taking responsibility for somebody’s ancient phone system that refuses to play nicely! Let us know what you need
