We’re hiring at Wheelhouse!

The biggest need for this position is someone who can help us keep production moving — primarily heat pressing, finishing, sorting and packaging orders.

This isn’t a sit-at-a-desk-all-day kind of job. We’re looking for someone who is willing to jump in, stay busy and help wherever needed around the shop.

You’ll also help with things like answering phones, greeting walk-in customers, handing out completed orders, and other general day-to-day tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and shows up ready to work
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work independently once trained
• Willing to help wherever the day requires

Experience with heat pressing, apparel production or printing is a plus, but not required — we can train the right person.

We offer a fun, flexible work environment, but we stay busy and take our deadlines seriously.

Not every printing method is the best fit for every design. 🤷🏼‍♀️

In this series, we’re breaking down different decoration methods so you can choose the one that works best for you!

Today covers DTF (Direct to Film) printing! It’s a great option for designs with vibrant colors, fine details, and gradients. It’s also a great choice for one-off shirts or larger orders. If your logo or design has lots of colors, a smaller ordered amount, or intricate elements, DTF is often the way to go.
