Update: We’ve Upgraded Our Systems (And how to reach us!) -

We’ve recently completed a major transition of our ticketing system, Managed Service platform, and phone systems. We know that change can be a bit of a whirlwind, and we want to sincerely thank you for your patience while we fine-tune everything.

Happy New Year! 🚀 Our system transition is officially live. -

We wish you a very Happy New Year! As we’ve been discussing over the past month, C-Prompt Computers has officially transitioned to our new ticketing system, RepairDesk, as of today.

Quick update for our C-Prompt customers: We previously mentioned that our phone migration might cause some interruptions this week. Good news—the transfer is already complete with ZERO downtime!

We’re still fine-tuning our internal call routing and voicemail setup, so we appreciate your patience while we get those final details perfected! 🛠️

📱 NEW TEXTING NUMBER - Starting January 1, 2026, our ticket update texting number will change.

The new number will be: (207) 543-3949

💡 PRO TIP: We recommend saving this number in your phone contacts now as "C-Prompt Texting." This way, you’ll know exactly who the alert is from when you receive a ticket update in the New Year!

You can also reply directly to that number starting Jan 1st to reach our team.

Upcoming Improvements to Our Support Ticket System -

Previously we informed you of our upcoming changes, including the change from Syncro to osTicket for our ticketing system. However, we discovered an alternative that would provide much better service and communication. This system is called RepairDesk.
