Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities
• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Check in devices for repair and accurately collect customer information.
• Explain repair services, pricing, and estimated turnaround times.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Keep the front counter and waiting area clean and organized.
• Provide customers with updates on repair status.
• Assist with general shop organization and daily operations.
Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Willing to learn repairs.
• Previous customer service, retail, or cellphone repair experience is a plus, but not required.
