Congratulations to Kayle McClendon, Manager, Customer Care, and our April Thrive Spotlight Award recipient.
When asked about something she is proud to have accomplished at the company, Kayle said:
"I think where I am right now in the company is what I am most proud of. I cannot say it enough; I have been fortunate to have so many of my peers and colleagues recognize the effort I put into my work and make it known that they see and appreciate it. It’s funny because I used to always say I was never leaving the sales support specialist job. I loved it, I felt good about what I did, I was fast. Nothing was taking me from that role, then a spot opened on the sales team a couple of years later and I thought, I know I could do it, why would I not apply? From there it just continued, how could I be better? How could I keep sharing what I’m learning to others to help them be successful. I never imagined I would be where I am today, and I hope my team continues to help me grow in the role I am in now."

Kayle has really demonstrated strong leadership skills as she has taken on additional responsibilities on the team. Whether she was working with the team directly, interacting with other internal teams, or working on the BEAD tiger team, she has proven herself to be a leader on our team. Kayle has a great attitude and is eager to jump in on any new project I ask her to get involved with and really engages fully to develop her knowledge and skills. When something needs to be done, she jumps in and works to make it better. Kayle is a strong asset to my team and was recently promoted to a Customer Care Manager. I’m excited to continue working with her on her growth and development in her new position. I’m very happy for Kayle that she was selected to receive the Thrive Spotlight Award!
