Selling Metrics Update:
We've seen a pretty good uptick in the 'Engagements' number. Mostly from Facebook and Alignable. Still no purchases to credit to this initiative but we did pick up another Quickbooks cloud hosting customer this week via a referral from an accountant.

Visits: The top level measurement. We'll count visits as people that see one of our pages. For now, that will be Facebook, JRD Apps web site, LinkedIn, Alignable and Google's 'My Business'.
Engagements: The next level. We'll be counting how many of the visitors poke around the page: click on something, stay long enough to read a few things etc.
Purchases: The final level. How many of the visits and engagements become purchases.
