Voceon was founded in Houston, Texas in 2015 as part of parent company Warner Communications Corporation and quickly expanded into the Chicago area the next year, and then into San Antonio in 2018. Warner Communications Corporation has operated continuously (and eventually in multiple markets) since it was founded by Forest Warner and Arthur Guller in 1962.
