SERVICE RESTORED

As of 10:34am the Dana AC Grain leg is down the customers on that tower are down at the moment we are on our way to get services restored.

Birds are cable letting water in which shorted things out.

Having some sort of issue that is affecting Pesotum and Bongard customers that started last night Friday June 26th we are going to be out today Saturday June 27th to figure out what that issue is and get it resolved as quickly as possible.

If your experiencing any issues with service please give us a call 217-948-5459 so we can get your account looked at and repaired ASAP. Those storms last night were some nasty ones and some pretty bad damage in some areas vs others. Be safe out there and let us know if there are issues with your Internet service so we can get them repaired.

Well looking at Ameren and Enerstar and Coles Moultrie power outage maps some customers may not have power along with some tower locations as well.

Please let the different power companies get power back up and going and stay out of there way so they can get work done quickly and safely.

UPDATE OUTAGE FIXED
Critters decided to have a feast on cable and shorted things out causing this nice problem. So had to climb 2 times to get cables and all tools needed to replace cable and ends. Service back up and going by 9:47pm

Outage for Chrisman, Scottland, and Dana areas at this time headed to tower to see what damages the storms did.

Equipment got replaced and things were back up around 1:30am June 4th. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

EMERGENCY POST!!! equipment needs to be changed out and I can't be on top of 2 towers at same time so service for Redmon, Kansas areas will be down till I get these towers climbed here in the next few hrs. Please be patient as I will get it done and up as quickly as possible. 9:52pm June 3rd.

UPDATE email system is back up and running as it should. 3:30pm Friday the 29th

Sometime between 8pm and 9pm on Thursday the 28th the email system went offline it only effects customers using a midwestfirst, ecicwireless, eciconline and a few other emails that we provide for. We will get the system back online as quickly as possible.

At 4:51pm Monday May 25th there was a Tractor VS Power pole accident in the Pesotum area and as of now service is down to customers on our Pesotum and Bongard elevators at this time. Do not see any ETA of when the power will be restored at this time.
