We're pleased to announce that the Ohio Division of Wildlife has reselected PayIt to deliver a new, comprehensive digital licensing system — building on the momentum of our multi-year partnership. The upgraded system will include an improved customer experience for hunters and anglers, as well as an enhanced management system for agency staff.

Our annual Digital Government Adoption Index report is now out! We surveyed 2000+ consumers and 600 government leaders across North America with the goal of understanding the impact of modernization efforts in government thus far — and where digital government is going in the future.

The last decade or so saw state and local governments add digital channels for many services, but there still exists a lot of opportunity for improved experiences and increased ROI. The survey responses indicate a shift to the second wave of digital government service delivery, which we're calling "Government Customer Experience 2.0."
