7 months ago, I started Triple A Tech Solutions, LLC with a clear mission: to help businesses simplify technology decisions—whether that’s cloud, security, connectivity, or collaboration.

But to be completely transparent: it hasn’t been easy. I’ve signed one client, but I haven’t been paid yet. There are days I feel proud of taking this leap, and other days I find myself questioning if I made the right decision.

I know I’m not alone in this stage of entrepreneurship. Many of you have been here before, and I’d love to learn from your experiences.

🇵🇱 Lessons from Poland 🇵🇱

During our trip to Poland, I was reminded of something truly inspiring — the resilience of the Polish people.

History here tells a story of perseverance through challenges most of us can’t imagine. Yet, what stands out most isn’t just survival — it’s the pride they take in their work, no matter the job, no matter the task.

When Polish people work, they own it. Whether it’s building something with their hands, serving a customer, or running a business, there’s a deep sense of responsibility and craftsmanship that shows in everything they do.

It’s a mindset I admire — and one I strive to bring into Triple A Tech Solutions every single day.

The hardest part of what Matt does?
