Workforce readiness is no longer defined by a single credential alone.

WGU’s 2026 Workforce Decoded Report highlights a shift in what employers are looking for: trusted credentials, demonstrated skills, and practical experience.

That’s why practical, career-focused training matters.

At Centriq, we connect industry-recognized credentials, hands-on learning, and real-world skill building to help create a clearer path forward. Click the link in our bio to learn more.

Is AI killing IT careers? Not exactly.

AI is changing how IT professionals work, from automating routine tasks to helping developers write code and cybersecurity teams identify potential threats.

But technical knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on experience still matter. The key is learning how to work with AI, not relying on it to do everything for you.

Technology will keep evolving. Your skills can, too.

Explore how Centriq can help you build the skills to take the next step. Link in bio!
