We wrote the following text because it feels like hardly anyone really understands what the job of an office manager or executive assistant in a small or mid-sized business actually looks like.

Everyone needs something. Owners, colleagues, vendors, clients.
Requests keep coming—most often by email. And almost always framed as “just a small thing.”

But emails aren’t tasks.
They don’t have priorities. They don’t have deadlines. They don’t give you clarity. They have just one certainty: they stay on your shoulders.

And the smaller the company, the more of those things end up in one person’s head.
The person who’s expected to “keep everything under control,” while very few people think about what it takes to do that without constant stress.

We didn’t want to write another article about doing more, faster.

✅ Integration with Microsoft 365 Calendar – Synchronize your calendar with eWay-CRM Online. Meetings link automatically to contacts and companies, or you can connect them manually in the preview panel. You can even schedule meetings directly from eWay-CRM Online.
