The DMH Crew spent this year's Community Day helping out our friends at Rose Brooks Center with some needed tasks around their facility.

We began our morning sorting donations and clearing brush. After a quick refueling break, we finished out by pulling weeds from the pollinator garden and giving a new paint job to some of the staff's offices.

At DMH, we love when our creative work has the power to elevate stories already changing the world, and partnering with Children's Mercy gave us exactly that opportunity. For years, their researchers, scientists, chemists, and physicians have been doing things beyond the imagination of most humans. But the true impact of their discoveries becomes clear when those breakthroughs reach a child. Where innovation becomes hope.

Our challenge was to create a visual narrative worthy of that impact. This TV spot, Bold Science, captures the emotion behind genomic research that is leading the world so more patients can benefit from answers once thought out of reach.

Meet DMH! Today, we're featuring Social Media Director Megan Spreer.

Megan is a social animal. And we’re not talking about parties and clubs. Though she’s no stranger to the occasional cocktail (check her TikTok channel for proof). No, we’re talking about social media. Which makes sense, seeing as she’s our Social Media Director. The beauty of Megan’s job is that it’s the professional expression of what she does in her personal life – scanning through all the social platforms to track trends and opportunities for our clients. That’s not to say she doesn’t know how to unplug in her spare time. Then again, spare time isn’t something Megan has a lot of, considering she’s raising a husband and two girls who are very plugged into competitive softball (if you know, you know). A proud foodie, Megan has exhausted the dining scene in her Lawrence hometown and is excitedly making her way through Kansas City. If you see her out and about, feel free to say ‘hey’. Like we said, she’s a social animal.

DMH earned First Place at the MoKan NAMA Awards for developing Lallemand Animal Nutrition, North America’s CleanFeed Approach brochure, a piece designed to simplify a multi-step system into a clear, engaging producer journey.

By combining thoughtful messaging with a custom illustration style, we created a brochure that works as both an educational resource and a powerful sales leave-behind.

Meet DMH! Today, we're featuring Account Supervisor Laura Reed.

Laura (but we call her Lu) has always said she has a memory like an elephant—and it shows. With 10+ years in account management, her sharp attention to detail, knack for organization, and ability to recall even the smallest client preferences make her a client-tested, client-approved Account Supervisor. What truly sets her apart, though, are the trusted, lasting relationships she builds with her clients—a memory-meets-people skills combo even an elephant would envy. Outside of work, Lu has plenty of hobbies, but golf gives us the analogy we need for this bio. She’ll never claim to be great at the game, but much like managing clients, it takes focus, patience, and a good sense of humor to keep all things moving forward.
