It’s Bandtober and we are a little behind in our social media announcements, but we had 13 marching festivals since the first of the month along with theater week this week. Here are a few highlights in no particular order from the Bentonville Invitational, CMU Band Day, Royal Regiment Invitational, Shawnee Mission North Invitational, Valhalla Marching Festival, Baker University Marching Festival, Lee’s Summit North Marching Invitational, Olathe Marching Invitational, Eudora Marching Festival (in progress) and MoWest Tournament of Champions (in progress). There are separate posts earlier from Smith-Cotton, Capital City and Odessa that Joe Bonello photographed.
Our photogs for these festivals: Tammy Manning Blaha, Gabrielle Gee, Jameson Jones, Amy Knudsen, Wendi Calkins-Levitt, Jamie Merl, Michael Scott, Sarah Stewart, Wendy Stewart, Andrea Swope, Andrew Swope, Belinda Johnson, and editing help by Evan Johnson. I hope I didn't leave out everyone. We thank everyone for capturing all the great photos and thank you for your patience while we got them all uploaded to our website for you to view and purchase!
