“Free PDF Converters” Might Not Be So Free!

We see this all the time someone needs to quickly convert a file to PDF, Google it, clicks the first “FREE converter,” and boom! now their computer is acting weird.

• Many free PDF converter websites bundle unwanted software (PUPs)
• Some install hidden browser extensions or adware
• Others can even expose sensitive documents you upload

If it asks you to download something or upload sensitive files, be cautious!

Safer options:
