A 45-minute flip phone transfer I won't forget. 🇺🇸

My customer was an elder Vietnam veteran who has been through more than most of us will ever know. Every time it came up, he called himself blessed. He was positive and kind, and glad to be part of this town.

When he asked what he owed, the answer was nothing, thanks to our Pay it Forward Community Tech Support program.

He's one of the most deserving customers I've had. Thank you for your service, sir, and thank you for the visit.

Same ol' Zack, all new look! 🎉

If you came to see me at the Kalkaska Verizon store over the years, I didn't leave you behind. I'm still right here in town at 317 Maple St, still helping with phones, bills and everything in between. Now I also fix screens, batteries, computers and more, in my own shop.

The new website is live! Please check it out and leave your feedback in the comments. I'd love to know what you think 👇

New price sheet is up, on the wall and online! 📋

Screens, batteries, back glass, micro-soldering, tapes, DVDs, film transfers and house calls are all in one place, so you know what to expect before you walk in. Repair prices are labor plus parts, and I'll always quote the part before I start. No fix, no fee.

Come see it at 317 Maple St in downtown Kalkaska, or call 813-922-5748.

Started with one key and one empty room. 🔑
Built it one shelf at a time, and now it's a real repair shop right here in Kalkaska.

Thank you to everyone who's walked through that door. ❤️

Heard a weird noise the whole drive in this morning. Figured I better check it out. 😂
Turns out it was coming from inside the shop.

He's safe now. ⚡
