Jenna Hoffman modeling the crop! She also happens to be the one who designed my logo AND the shirt graphic. She owns Signs Now in Kalispell with her hubs. She’s the best!

Today Elias Joudy benched 315!! With calibrated plates and his butt on the bench. He didn’t like that his hips lifted a little (this video) so he did it again just to be sure. He says “I can die happy now” 😂. Oh the life of a strength coach’s child.

All jokes aside, I’m incredibly proud of his hard work. It’s great fun to watch our adult son continue to pursue strength and health in his life.

Okay everyone!! Who wants a unisex tee or women’s crop? These are the actual blanks, both BELLA+CANVAS so you know they are soft and comfy. The two design options are the last two slides. No hats, just shirts. I am getting them screen printed locally and will place and order as soon as I have a count. They will be $25 for a crop and $28 for a tee. Shipping will be separate. DM me with your requests and size!

The summer strength block has started!! trained over the break and got to start, pretty much, where they left off. will be back on Thursday and I think a couple more ladies may trickle in.

Spring block came to an end with Volume PRs, Bodyweight PRs, and plain old PR PRs! squatted 95x5, pressed 35x5x3, benched 45x2, and Rack Pulled 148x2x3. squatted 167.5x5, pressed 66x3, benched 102x3, and got back to her DL PR of 217.5x3. squatted 224x3, presse 100x1!!!, benched 115x3, and deadlifted 240x1 at a new low BW.

It was a small but mighty group for this block. I am beyond proud of all the hard work these ladies put in. This is why I do this work.
