A quick note about our “Due on Receipt” invoices and customer priority:
At Lone Pine Technology, we work hard to take care of our Starlink installation customers, often working evenings, weekends, even holidays to meet the demand, especially when something goes wrong and they need help fast.
Customers who keep their account in good standing by paying their invoices on time may qualify for future labor discounts, priority service, and access to our Starlink loaner program when available.
That means if your Starlink system fails and you are waiting on a replacement from Starlink, we may be able to loan you a temporary Starlink system so you are not without internet longer than necessary.
Please note: our loaner equipment is based on availability and does not include delivery, setup, or installation fees if and when requested.
We understand that life gets busy, but when an invoice is marked Due on Receipt, we do expect timely payment, we even give you an extra day or two in case you wish to pay online. Customers who allow invoices to sit unpaid for days, weeks, or months will not qualify for these added benefits.
Simply put: we take care of the customers who take care of us.
