If you’re a RingCentral RingEX user, you know updating on-hold messages isn’t exactly simple. We send the files, and then it’s up to you to upload them or track down someone else who can. It gets the job done, but it’s not quick, and it’s definitely not convenient when you’ve got a full plate.
That’s why our customer, Mainstreet Pediatrics in Parker, CO, decided to try our new RingEX integration.
The Easy On Hold RingEX App is an automated system for uploading, scheduling, and delivering on-hold messages and music that refreshes and changes constantly.
Rather than requiring teams to manually create, upload, and change audio files, users manage everything in a simple online portal. Programming each topic or song is simple. Set the start date, stop date, time of day to play, days of the week to play, and which queue to play on.
For the Mainstreet Pediatrics team, keeping on-hold messages up to date isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a key part of the patient experience. They use that time to answer common questions about medications, treatments, and office hours, helping families get the information they need without waiting on hold for a staff member.
