Service Outage Notice
We are currently experiencing a service outage affecting customers in the Alexander, Hico, and portions of the Carlton areas due to a fiber cut in Carlton.
Our technicians are on-site and actively working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. We will continue to provide updates in this thread as more information becomes available.
