Hot take... You will either pay with time or you will pay with money.
What do I mean?
If you try to do everything yourself, it will take you more time. If you invest money, you can get faster results.
Neither one is a wrong answer.
It’s more of a trade-off, and the real skill here is knowing which one you’re making.
So here’s the question. Would you rather see results in 3 to 6 months, or in 2 to 4 weeks?
Both are fair answers. Both have desired outcomes being achieved.
Some seasons in life will call for you to roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out-yourself mode.
Other seasons though call for speed. Because it can hurt the longer it takes to take advantage of an opportunity.
Here’s where systems come in.
A good system = leverage. It handles the follow-up, the reminders, and the handoffs, so your time goes to the meaningful work only you can do.
And if you already feel like you don’t have enough time, that’s your key indicator.
It’s a sign to invest in some help to build out and automate a simple customer journey, one that works whether you’re at your desk or not.
