Here are the details for the Second Annual Infinite Independence Fireworks and Company Picnic!

What is it:
Fireworks vendors just across the border in Wyoming sponsor a safe-shoot site every year. We had a fantastic time last year and the light show is amazing. Shoot sites are first-come, first-serve so we will be getting in line early to secure a good spot.

You are welcome to sit with us at the shoot station or watch from the parking lot. We will provide snacks and bottled water and of course, fireworks!

Please RSVP to Shelley by Saturday for a headcount for permits, and so that we know to update you with our station number and shoot times: [email protected]

When is it:
Sunday July 3
Gates open at 8pm
Show starts when the firetrucks arrive at sunset - about 8.45 or 9pm
Our shoot will last about an hour, but there will be fireworks going off until midnight.

Where is it:
2275 W College Dr., Cheyenne WY 82007
Take exit 7 off of I-25 and head East.
After about a half mile you will go over RR tracks, then turn right into the parking lot.
The entrance to the shoot area is on the Southwest end of the parking lot.

What you should and should not bring:
- Do bring folding chairs or blankets to sit on
- Bug spray is a good idea
- Do not wear flip flops or bring dogs - there are many burrs at the shoot site
- There are no sparklers or fountains allowed

See you there!

Windows 10 so far - had to manually update some drivers, and experiencing some random crashing but otherwise great! lol... During setup, be sure to do custom settings so that you can disable all the Microsoft reporting that you are not comfortable with. Side-by-side comparison with custom and default settings, the custom machine has faster loading times and changes between programs faster. Also typing and some other items seemed to be lagged intermittently under default settings. Had some issues with Cortana (under custom settings), and therefore search, but resolved it by finding the running task and ending it. Cortana then booted herself up again and everything has been hunky dorey since. The default settings machine is the one that is crashing, and I don't seem to be getting warnings about reboots for updates, which is inconvenient to say the least. Otherwise, all my files are where I left them, and I like having the start button back (thank GOD). It is not the apocalypse and for me it was worth it to upgrade to stay in support. Out of 10 we give Windows 10 a NOT UNIX. Thanks for reading!
