Back from Memorial Day weekend? Quick tech reset:

⚡ Update + restart – Clear bugs, improve speed

🧹 Clean up – Inbox, downloads, unused apps
🖥️ Boost speed – Close apps, free up storage

📱 Tech Tip Tuesday: Tech Neck

“Tech neck” is that soreness, stiffness, or tension in your neck and shoulders from looking down at phones, tablets, or laptops for long periods.

⚠️ Common signs:

* Neck or shoulder pain
* Headaches (especially behind the eyes or base of skull)
* Tight upper back
* Tingling or fatigue in arms after scrolling or working

🛠️ Quick fixes:

* 📲 Raise your phone to eye level when possible
* 💻 Screen at eye height (use books or a stand)
* ⏱️ Take a “posture break” every 30–60 minutes
* 🔁 Gentle chin tucks (pull chin straight back, not down) x 10 reps
* 🧘 Stretch chest + upper traps daily (helps reverse forward posture)

If you’re on your phone a lot, try “scroll breaks”—set it down every few minutes and reset your posture instead of staying in a forward head position for long stretches.
