This , we asked the women of the following question. Hear from our Human Resources Manager Mary Curtis Pizzano on:
What does Women's History Month mean to you?
"For me, Women's History Month is a time to remember and honor the strong and brave women who have come before me. I think of my own grandmothers who started the legacy of going to college in the 1920s and paving that road for me. I think of all the women who fought for the rights that I have today and am so grateful that I can vote, I can work outside of the house and have equal pay, I can make my own personal decisions and so many more. And lastly I think of all the women whose names we do not know, who suffered and struggled through unimaginable circumstances and hope that they can see how far we've come and realize the role that they played in carving out the path to better times."
Thank you Mary for sharing your story and inspirations. Stay tuned as we continue to share more from the women at Jvion! πͺ
